Team Horn was attempting to mandate random drug testing for Manny for the rematch. A rematch that, for whatever reason failed. Given the significant publicity on the general topic of late and given the controversy surrounding Manny in the past re drug testing – he should be made accountable especially since his opponents are enrolled in testing that he is not. He’s still a hugely popular name in boxing so much more than his opponents. If they are doing it, why can’t he?
