Jose Torres vs. Vicente Rondon at light heavyweight

Would a prime Jose Torres pull a Bob Foster and knocks out Vicente Rondon, but longer than 2 rounds at light heavyweight? In my opinion, yes Torres would and what is your opinion? :box:

Jose would win a UD. Can not see him pulling a Foster.

Torres decisioning Rondon would be the most likely scenario had they fought in their prime.
