Jerry Jakubco 29-27 | Bill Lerch 28-27 | Benoit Roussel 28-27 all 3 for Johnson.
My guess is box rec just put the scores in backards but if you go to beterbievs page it shows
Jerry Jakubco 27-29 | Bill Lerch 27-28 | Benoit Roussel 27-28
if the scores are right one judge scored round 1 10-9 beterbiev only.

Re: Beterbiev vs Johnson(scorecards)
ya strange, i posted in the brit section about this:
the cards on boxrec say 29-27, 28-27, 28-27 all for johnson
seems strange to me, first that one judge didnt score a 10-8 for berterbiev even though he clearly got the better of most of round 1 and got credited with a knockdown , and second that all three had johnson winning round 3, ive watched that and he was hurt and in no way wins that round imo. for all three to give it to him i just dont get
moot point i guess

did you see scores elsewhere than this place? maybe someone just put them wrong into this site.jamamb wrote: ↑09 Oct 2018, 01:13 ya strange, i posted in the brit section about this:

Because the 2 scores make sense for beterbiev and round 2 as 10-9 because beterbiev was winning until he was knocked down and then out boxed (still a 10-8 Johnson in my opinion) also the punches landed were 3-1 ish
Re: Beterbiev vs Johnson(scorecards)
scores now reversed......ya, so mustve been entered backwards at first im guessing
