Personally I think GGG wants a third fight with Canelo but if I'd have to pick an opponent for GGG, I think the most deserving it would be Jacobs, of course if he beats Derevyanchenko. :TU:

This is my short list of wishes :
1. Charlo
2. Jacobs/Dervy winner
3. Jacobs/Dervy loser
4. Andrade
5. Any of champions at LMW (anyway, all of them are bigger than GGG)

Jermall has to fight a solid fighter (BJS,Andrade,Jacobs/Derev, Lemieux or even Brant) to be considered a worthy opponent for GGG or Canelo.

Anyway I think GGG is a smart guy and he'd fight the opponent that it would make the most financial sense for him. At this stage of his career GGG ain't gonna risk his profile for peanuts.

Canelo III
Jacobs II (if he beats Derev) in NY/MSG
Probably BJS in UK/London

Jacobs-Derev winner. Or Andrade instead. And Canelo III after that in a case of a win.

I think Jacobs will be Alvarez oponent for May if they both win their next fights. I think Charlo will be his next oponent. If they cannot get agreement on fight, it will be Brant

The funny thing is Brant's win over Murata trumps over anything Charlo has done at 160 lbs. :OhYes:

Also GGG vs BJS in London would be a good fight.

The funny thing is you're obsessed with a guys resume strictly in a division he's had two fights in.

I only say the truth. Why hype a fighter so much having no notable achievement in his weight division?!

creed dislikes charlo and just wants to keep yelling hype job, so hes against charlo fighting a top guy and proving even beyond a haters doubt that hes an elite guy himself

pretty common thing, basically its when a hater actually realizes that a guy they dislike is actually really good and would win and prove thenselves fully if they got the right fights

Jermall doesn't want that Jacobs, Andrade, BJS, Lemieux or Brant work to test himself and build up his profile. He just wants a straight shot to the top dog/cash cow of the division but things don't work like that. It's not about the straps, it's about the risks you are willing to take. :TU:

GGG wasted almost 2 years after Canelo, first a positive then a pullout. He should have just fought BJS last year and he wouldn't have been stripped of his IBF title either (since unification takes preference over mandos).

Then he could have fought Murata in Japan. That's 2 big stadium fights. Could have easily pocketed 10 milly from each.

Then do a third fight in Germany (where he fought half his career but hadn't returned in a decade), if Canelo didn't want to fight him still. He could have done a "world tour" and put butts on seats. From his Martirosyan fight we saw he got huge ratings on HBO, so his US TV presence was secured.

Loeffler went the greedy route and fucked up the long term for a short term payout. Hell, even before the first Canelo fight they were talking about the rematch. It was fishy from thereon. GGG needs to leave Loeffler at this point. The guy doesn't give a rats ass about GGG's career and is just looking to cash out. Every show he's promoted besides Superfly 1 has been a dud as well.

It sounds like GGG is in deep negotiations with DAZN, so Canelo, Jacobs and Andrade are likely options.
