If Haye Fought Fury In 2017 . . .

Post by ironbeard »

. . . but Fury wasn’t a human blob and David took a potion that made him invincible to injury and returned him to his 2008 awesome handsomeness, who wins? :maybe:

Couldn’t resist.

Ok, fine, Fury remains the blob he was in 2017, to make it “fair.”

My money would be on Fury.

They'd get into a clinch in round 5 and Fury would fall onto Haye and his Hayemakerness would suffer an Injury rendering him unable to continue.

Fury gets the nod because he is ahead on the cards at the time. :TU:

I think this is the dumbest fuggin thread in history. You should be ashamed of yourself.
A magic potion?
Everyone knows good and we'll Haye would injure himself attempting to
drink the potion

Can’t we just overlook the fact that it is humanly impossible for Haye to get into the ring uninjured?

Is THAT too much to ask? Let’s just play along with my plausible OP with Haye taking a magic potion that makes him invinceable to injury and returns him to his awesome handsomeness of 2008.

I am just trying to be fair here. :maybe:

:geek: Very perceptive. Given the parameters there is a very high chance that Fury (in blob form) would collapse on top of the invincible to injure Haye at his most awesome handsomeness, accomplishing a double TKO, or a pin by blob, depending on your perspective. :OhYes:

Miss Piggy was well past her best in 2005.

Her prime was circa 1978. :salut:

How many of these sort of threads to we really need? At first it was Haye-Fury 2014 and now Haye-Fury 2017. FFS! Give it a rest.

Moderators, please do your job, because the next two threads that’ll be created will inevitably be Haye-Fury 2015 and Haye-Fury 2016.

What about Haye-Fury 2010, Haye-Fury 2011, Haye-Fury 2012 and Haye-Fury 2013?

Sorry, you’re right. I keep seeing these sort of threads so often that those few that are being intentionally cheeky often slip through the net.

Before 2013, Haye. After 2013, Fury. And during 2013, had their fight gone ahead, I felt it was about 70:30 in Haye's favour. It was between Haye's ability to land a fight-ending punch and Fury's ability to smother and tire with his size.

In 2018, Naz. But only with his flying carpet.
