tbh havent seen really much to suggest davs-loma has ever been close. though id love it. get the impression davis is on a bit of protection mode lately from his team with the discipline issues.

The Berchelt fight is good on paper but I think Miguel is made for Loma...

Miguel's biggest problem in that match up might be his underrated boxing skills. He has to be brawler there.

Ah you are right. I am curious about Loma next oponent. Even Commey would be better than Crolla :( But hopefully he can fight At least one of the Garcia - Davis - Berchelt trio in 2019

Gervonta Davis or Miguel Berchelt would definitely be good with me.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Davis upset by somebody that he's favored against with the weight gain in between fights. He's looking like Broner 2.0 all the time particularly with the significant weight gain in between fights which very few people have commented on, but it's hard not to notice.

Lack of discipline can see serious talent not be enough when the going gets tough. Lots of fighters have found that sh*t out the hard way.

I’d recommend Loma takes a fight whilst waiting for Commey to fight for the IBF title. Let’s say they fight late February, which is a bit of a push, and Commey and the other bloke fight around that time too, then they can get it on mid-2019.

Garcia will hopefully come back to LW after this, and they can get the fight on. Which would give little chance of Loma facing Davis in 2019.

It’s not always that simple however, if somehow Gervonta’s team pushed for the Loma fight next, it could easily be made for March/April.
