Anyone know about Tommy Fury?

He’s getting a good push obv cos hes Tysons brother bit I can’t find any vids of him. He’s got 12 amateur fights but look like a fitness model not a fighter. He doesn’t look that great on the pads I thought

I think he has a bodybuilding background but I could be wrong

He was previously looking to go into pro wrestling and the bodybuilding was toward that goal. However since he's decided to go pro in boxing he's cut a lot of muscle. Should be interesting to see how he progresses. Now is a good time to debut if your surname is Fury.

As I understand it, he's Tyson's half brother. His genetic make-up is obviously going to be significantly different.

Ah I didn’t realise - there is still no way that you could convince me that a 19 year old had a physique like that (like he did 6 months ago) because of good genes.

Genetically, on average half-siblings are 1/8 related to each other (compared with 1/2 for a full sibling / parent / child) - i.e. the same as a first cousin. So it's quite possible Tommy Fury has a whole different set of genes for his physical makeup to Tyson. He still looks a little suspect for his age, though the bodybuilding background may explain that.

Tyson’s last three fights have been 15,000 and two 20,000? The last an event shown worldwide. And his popularity has risen x10 since then.
