Whyte should get his title shot with AJ, as he's more than earned it at this point.
I'd like to see Miller v. Breazeale in an eliminator (despite WBC Mandatory on Breazeale) and see who is for real and who is a pretender. Who knows...could turn out to be both are pretenders!
Give Whyte AJ and have Miller face Breazeale

Sounds good to me.
If there was any justice, Whyte would get his shot next, but we all know boxing and justice don't necessarily go together.

I like this scenario as Fury and Wilder finish up their business. Winner of Breazeale/Miller gets winner of AJ/Whyte (AJ). then winner of that faces Fury Wilder rematch.Syntax Error wrote: ↑23 Dec 2018, 16:21 Sounds good to me.

It'll never happen...

I was pretty sure that the Wilder - Fury rematch would happen next but Fury's trainer said something about Fury needing some time off which would push their redux back to late summer/early fall. So, if that's the case then I could see Breazeale getting his mandatory shot in the interim. Meanwhile, that leaves Joshua free for the Whyte rematch in April.
Re: Give Whyte AJ and have Miller face Breazeale
I'm not that fussed about Whyte Joshua- yes, I know Whyte has earned it, it just won't be any good to watch.
As for Brazeale Miller- good fight, I would love to see it, but no way will Brazeale risk his spot at #1 contender against anyone registering a pulse unless he is forced to. And considering how he got that #1 spot, I don't think he will be forced into anything that will risk his Haymon gifted journey of being eventually fed to Wilder.

Whyte is very likely to become the WBO mandatory challenger so it would probably suit Joshua/Hearn's purpose to defer fighting Dill until doing so can rid themselves of one of their mandatories. If they beat him in April then the WBO appoint someone else who becomes another obligation for Joshua to face.
The obvious fight the whole world wants to see is of course Joshua v Wilder which is available for April at Wembley but it's now very apparent that Wilder doesn't want the fight "Joshua's begging me for the fight but he had his chance" ... so much for one face, one champion, the best fighting the best.
I guess if Fury got his wish i.e. the rematch to be in the Uk that would mean a stadium fight in the summer, which begs the question "What will Wilder do in the meantime?". I guess Haymon will probably play his back-up card and have the WBC call Wilder to defend against his mandatory challenger Breaeale who has been kept on ice until it becomes convenient to fight him.
