Doing some research, I've found some duplicate boxers in the system:
James Coleman
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/31502
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/33273
Hurricane Lacy
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/30772
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/101247
(He was from Odessa, TX, not Los Angeles)
Darrell Miller
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/29157
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/37260
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/833799
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/56679
As Boxrec editors have already determined, Ned Milner and Rocky Trampler are aliases for Darrell Miller. In a 1981 issue of Boxing Illustrated covering the John Collins' 1981-08-27 fight in St. Joseph, his opponent is listed as Ned Milner, not Ned Miller. For that reason, I think Ned Miller is another of Darrell Miller's aliases. Darrell was a Bruce Strauss fighter so the numerous aliases makes sense.
I also believe these are the same boxer:
Robert Thomas
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/799
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/345086
I think that they are the same because Robert Thomas #345086 in a newspaper article prior to the 1976-10-14 fight was said to be a middleweight from Memphis. Robert Thomas #000799 is from Memphis and fought near the middleweight limit in some of his early bouts.
Jose Pacheco
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/61526
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/65306
After the 1981-09-26 Pacheco #065306 fight, a newspaper article I have says that he started his career in Mexico, but was currently fighting out of Houston. Given the dates of his fights and that the other Pacheco is based out of Houston, it makes sense that they would be the same boxer.
I hope this is helpful and helps clean up the site a little bit.
