Sam Bowen vs. Ryan Wheeler - 23 February 2019

Post by Ruthless-RKO »

Sam Bowen will defend his British title at the Morningside Arena in his home city on Saturday.

Wheeler (14-0-1) was last in action in October last year, two weeks after Bowen’s last outing, when he outpointed Giovanny Martinez at the Dolman Exhibition Hall at Bristol City Football Club.

The card is packed with talent as Sam Maxwell takes on Spaniard Kelvin Dotel for the vacant WBO European super-lightweight title, Anthony Yarde returns in a defence of his WBO Inter-Continental light-heavyweight title against Travis Reeves and Jack Massey is set to take on a foe to be confirmed for the vacant WBO European cruiserweight title.

The show isn’t happening on Saturday. It’s been rescheduled to late March and Bowen doesn’t yet have an opponent.
