3 miles of roadwork, walking or running ? Hell, I can do that even at my age-the walking part !

Re: Angelo Dundee on Training and Techniques
this video must be from around 1987.
maybe he was just referring to beginners ? i'm fairly certain that he meant to say "5 miles of Roadwork at least"
He even mentions that Carmen Basilio would run 5 miles when he was training him
as well as others in his autobiography FROM THIS CORNER.
However Angelo Dundee admitted that he never did roadwork with any of his fighters
like some trainers such as Ray Arcel.Dundee just waited for them to come back.

Even if meant to say 5 miles, what about the walking part? He clearly said he didn't care if the fighter walked it.
Carlos Ortiz told me years ago that he never did more than 4 miles per day.My friend was trained for a bit by Archie Moore and he said Moore also limited roadwork to 4 miles, even when training for title bouts.
