Sulecki is not US-based. he fights out of Warsaw, Poland.
Hey Dag.
OT I know, but I@m watching the Polish stuff on Polsat right now.
Some good scraps - Banbula got robbed.
Anyway, can you explain why Gela is fighting for the Polish WW title when he's wrapped in the Ukraine flag and listed as Ukrainian ?
Also, thoughts on the main event up next ?
cheers..
it's because it was Polish international title - it's the same title that Mollo won vs Zimnoch in HW. Those belts are meaningless, once for a Polish Youth Title fought a guy that was like 43 years old.
I couldn't watch this event but i am very surprised that Wierzbicki knocked out big and strong Vovk. I consider Wierzbicki as an euro level fighter with no potential to get into the world's top 15 and that's mostly due to his lack of punching power and then he knocks out Vovk, very unexpected and it's a good win, Vovk is better than his record says and especially when he's prepared. let's see if he'll make more and more progress with Gus Curren.
next on polsat, 6 april, Parzęczewski vs Chudinov, Wach vs Bakole + other decent scraps, much much bigger event than the one from yesterday, it's worth of watching definitely. Parzęczewski is an entertaining fighter, Wach vs Bakole is a fight that is actually very hard to predict imo.
