Sorry, it seems to be a misunderstanding. The both will fight on the Usyk-Takam card but on the separate ways.
I would appreciate if the moderator delete this thread.
Thanks in advance ! I apologize !

Rumors are bubbling up on Whyte vs Ortiz as a WBC eliminator, but not enough real info to make a thread. I'd love to see that one too.

They're both on the card, don't think they're fighting each other. I thought hunter was fighting povetkin. Dazn is in trouble.

Nothing to apologize for, I started a thread about hunter/povetkin. You hear news, you share it. I just responded to the original post. :TU:

That's a shame because I really like the poll you did. Having "too close to call" instead of "draw" is an inspiration to Ruthie for the future.

Sometimes, I hate internet. :witzend:
As I can remember "too close to call" is Candyslim's patent. :TU:

Fair enough. I don't think we can have patents on here, otherwise you couldn't even type "bum" without infringing on something Stuarty has posted.

This is probably what AJ vs Tony Bellew would have been.

I would be hugely surprised if Hunter wins this, but he got a chance.
Don't underestimate Hunter. I used to think the same, but he's doing it at HW and can pose a risk to many of HW's today.

hunter would certainly pose him some difficulties at the very least. hrg is big and strong but not very quick or fluid

Hrgovic has to take the leap sooner or later. Hunter would be a good scalp, but yeah, he may be too slick for him at this point.

As I understand it this fight not happening. If it was to happen in near future I would take Hunter to win. If Hrgovic had about 6 more fights I might then give him the edge.

Hunter is a good boxer and fast and nimble enough that he can befuddle a big lumbering heavyweight. He against Joyce we would be really interesting.

Hrgovic is a good technical boxer who moves pretty well and I think he would be able to utilize his size advantage over Hunter in a way that neither Ustinov nor Bakole-Ilunga were capable of doing.

It'd still be a very good test for Hrgovic, mind.
