Steen was ranked 130, now he's only 800, while all of his opponents were ranked higher than him.

With the tightened requirements of the new release none of his opponents now is regarded as a connected, proved boxer. So his ranking is down now.

Only 1 of his opponents is ranked higher than him now though. Most are unranked or outside the top 1000. It's not like he's been dropped below the people he beat. They've all been dropped.
