Probably Tony's best performance as an undefeated fighter. Truthfully, Broad never recovered from that knockout from Witherspoon.

I read a story about Tucker when he was an amateur he was supposed to be on the flight to Poland with the USA amateur boxing team that tragically crashed and killed everyone on board he wouldn't board the flight because his dad wasn't given a ticket to go and he [Tony] ended up driving home it took him hour's...……….when he arrived his family were all crying when they seen him they already got reports what happened on the flight that Tucker was meant to be on he was one lucky man.

Wow, that is crazy! Yes, he was one lucky man at that point!

And still got beat by DeLucia at the 1980 Western Regionals for the Olympics. At least Mitch Green made the Olympic Trials.
