SHERMAN TANK WILLIAMS RATINGS QUERIE - Not Happy with recent ratings

I have a concerned on Sherman's new rating status on Boxrec. Prior to Sherman's fight in the Bahamas against Stacey Frazier
his corrected opponent, Sherman was 118 on Boxrec in the heavyweight division. Apparently he jumped to 117 which is one point. Please explain. Since his recent wins by TKO consistently 4 in a row and activity, Boxrec has limited his status of ratings jumping only a few points.

His opponent was too poor, not won a fight in 5 years http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/25893 he really needs to fight someone ranked above him to climb the ratings..
