Any valid explanation why Fujimoto has tumbled out of the top 10?

Does he have to beat Ishida one more time to reclaim his former status?

My thoughts:

Jarrell Miller: Removed from rankings and has received a six months ban
Trevor Bryan: Interim champion (hasn't competed since August 2018)
Oleksandr Usyk: New entry (due to previously holding their cruiserweight belt)
Fres Oquendo: OMFG! It makes me laugh to see him ranked, since it's been five years since he lost won a bout. Turned down the Miller fight, due to insisting on VADA testing!
Dillian Whyte: No change, but facing Oscar Rivas in July
Andy Ruiz Jr: Elevated significantly because of securing the AJ fight, coupled with recently beating Dimitrenko
Otto Wallin: Dropped a place
Oscar Rivas: Slipped down the rankings due to Ruiz Jr's elevation, but facing Dillian Whyte in July
Alexander Povetkin: Dropped a place
Kyotaro Fujimoto: Slipped down the rankings due to Ruiz Jr's elevation and Usyk's introduction
Bogdan Dinu: Same as before, but lost last two outings and last won 15 months ago
Ivan Dychko: Hasn't fought for ten months, but somehow gained a top 15 ranking last month (for no god damn reason!!!)

Trevor Bryan is number 1. Trevor Bryan.

Let that sink in for a moment...

I do find it very odd that Ruiz moved to number 5.
I'm a huge fan of his but I find it uncalled for.
I'm waiting on Hearn to announce that he got the WBA to make this a mandatory defense
