Sebastian Fundora vs Hector Zepeda
Shobox action live on B/Nation this Friday, battle of the unbeaten Super Welterweights, 12-0(8KOS) Fundora is a 6'7 Southpaw who's the tallest 154 fighter in history by all accounts, facing off against 17-0(4KOs) Zepeda, neither man have fought anyone recognisable yet but I like these Shobox cards, theyre not scared to match unbeaten fighters with each other, think there a few unbeaten guys squaring off on the undercard as well

fundora will make for an interesting looking ko when his time comes

Re: Sebastian Fundora vs Hector Zepeda
Fundora wins after Zepeda is pulled out by his corner after 4 rounds, bit of a strange one really, Fundora was winning everything, pressuring Zepeda and getting through with some nice southpaw left hands but he wasn't giving Zepeda a beating, you heard Zepeda's corner tell him a round or 2 earlier that they were gonna pull him out if he didn't show them something and he never but still an odd decision to pull him out so early without him being hurt
Fundora looked alright I suppose, still raw at only 21 but he likes to come forward and assert himself, he's freakishly tall for the weight but he'll fill out as he gets older

Holy sh!t, a 6'6" guy fights at 154. Do they keep and train him for his bouts in a concentration camp? It'll be fun, if he gradually moves to the HW.
Re: Sebastian Fundora vs Hector Zepeda
ya, seeing the result i was expecting some sort of beatdown with kds, but then i watched it and even though fundora was in control wasnt really hurting him or even landing all that much cleanhandsofstone wrote: ↑22 Jun 2019, 06:58 Fundora wins after Zepeda is pulled out by his corner after 4 rounds, bit of a strange one really, Fundora was winning everything, pressuring Zepeda and getting through with some nice southpaw left hands but he wasn't giving Zepeda a beating, you heard Zepeda's corner tell him a round or 2 earlier that they were gonna pull him out if he didn't show them something and he never but still an odd decision to pull him out so early without him being hurt

Re: Sebastian Fundora vs Hector Zepeda
Just watched this back from the weekend, first real chance I've had to see Fundora, craaaazy height for 154! Zepeda was clearly behind but didn't seem in a world of trouble, corner had seen enough though.
