Usyk gets made WBO No1

So without actually having a heavyweight fight Usyk has been made WBO no1 contender, and will be the mandatory defense for the winner of Ruiz vs Joshua.

It also means Dillian Whyte gets demoted from his No1 position,apparently his promoter did put in a protest, but it didn’t make any difference.
