Yoka vs Dimi Full fight

In case anyone's interested. Dimi folded like a bad lawn chair.

Thanks for posting.

I really dislike Yoka. Maybe he’ll grow on me. :maybe:

I can't stand him, so we're in agreement. He didn't show me anything here either.

He has solid fundamentals, but ain't anything that really sticks out with him. Then again his career still in the cradle. So this is a good victory over a "gatekeeper".

Looked like Dimitrenko just wanted to find a soft spot to fall down. On paper, this should be just about Yoka's best win. But in reality, he barely had to get out of first gear. Hopefully he returns to the ring quickly in a more challenging fight.

True, it didn't look, like Dimi was hit with clean blows. He is washed up, he went out there for the check. That fight was made just to get rid of the rust for Yoka.

Dimi is now just being used as a guy with a padded record, to lose to just about anyone.

Dimi always strikes me as a guy who hates his job.

Would rather be anywhere else than inside a boxing ring.

He's definitely in line for a career change.

I realize Dimitrenko is badly faded but I think Yoka did about as well as could be expected after a 12-month involuntary layoff due to drug suspension..

The guy has only had 6 fights. Been off 1 year.

I'm no Dimitrenko fan, but that's as good as should be expected for Yoka at this point.

Everyone is always so impatient. Let them develop.

Dimitrenko might have to be demoted to journeyman soon. Not sure what gates he's in charge of any more.

I'd say he has been a journeyman for quite some time. Wins over him at this point mean nothing but having a former name on your resume.

He's pretty much fallen to "opponent" status.

Dimi has that big body that can fool casuals into thinking that he's a live, dangerous fighter.

That helps sell him when he matched against a prospect or high profile fighter.

But really, he pretty much goes through the motions now and tries not to get hurt.
