Weight irregularities

I'm wondering if boxrec has some validity checks accepting the fight data, which use weight limits.
Example. There is a fighter Luis Hernandez (ID# 524835). "Luis Hernandez" is basically a John Smith - there are lots of ppl with such name.
According to his record he fought 2017-06-17 weighing 145 lbs, then 2018-02-10 weighing 114 lbs and then 2018-08-17, weighing 146 again. Prior to this he also was around lightweight limit. This seems very strange and I have a suspicion that it maybe different Luis Hernandez who weighted 114 lbs.

Could be an error, I’ve found similar cases in the past.
