Olivares was a beast at 118 but I sorta think at some point Zarate would have hit him with his bomb of a right hand late in the fight and take him out. But Olivares could have also overwhelmed Zarate the way Bazooka Gomez did with swarms of punches, so it's a tough call for me

Olivares was so, so great and so very tough, I give him the nod by UD or late TKO.

This is the same fight of "The Battle of the Z Boys". It won't be no different. The great Carlos Zarate will win by knockout in 12 rounds. It would be a better fight than the Alfonso Zamora scrap for sure.
