Nunn points, at the top of his game Nunns a handful for anyone.

Nunn was a nightmare for any fighter.Speed,reach, defense reflexes like a cat.Plus a southpaw.He made the slick Frank Tate into a plodder.
Had James Toney not got a lucky punch,he too was headed to defeat.(which is ironic,because the same Toney ended up being one of the Greats).
Unless McClellan landed a lucky punch, he would be outboxed.But never say never because taller and longer armed and so much harder punching than Toney,he may have landed in which case he wins.But other than that,Nunn would be on top of his game due to McClellans reputation as opposed to the rather unknown Toney at that point.And put on a clinic to win.
