Benn could hit big.
Froch was a superb boxer.
I think it depends on when it takes place more than anything.
Lean slightly toward Froch but ask me next week and I'll tell you Benn.
Longer the fight goes Froch, but I'm not sure Froch could survive an early onslaught from a close to prime Benn.
Froch got shaken by a few fighters who didn't follow up hard, if Benn caught him there's no doubt he'd opt to finish him off quick.

Just can't decide...….was a huge fan of both guys and they could both damage, finish each other.

Carl could be awkward and patient when he wanted to be - stepping back from being offensive - and he was a mighty strong Super Middle with a great chin.

He also had the knack of finding a punch when required and things were not going to plan...….Groves was going so well in their first fight and got cracked and Bute (going less well than Groves) got himself taken out.

Nigel was however a guy who could do the exceptional and totally 'bring it' and I don't think Carl ever faced someone quite like Benn with the bit between his teeth.
