Then suddenly "bulked up" to 213 lb, had one fight with now famous Tyrone Spong and the next fight went to 143 lbs again. All this seems quite unlikely. More realistic - someone else with similar name fought at heavyweight.

I do not necessarily see a problem here. He fought Spong at heavyweight and then dropped 30 kilograms for his next bout. But: his next bout was only 16 months later... So, that's plausible, I don't say true, but definitely possible...

THERE ARE SOME COMMISSION THAT CHANGE WEIGHTS ON PAPER JUST TO MAKE A FIGHT HAPPEN. I PERSONALLY HAVE BEEN THERE IN PERSON AND SEEN THIS HAPPEN. IN THREE DIFFERENT COUNTRIES NOT JUST MEXICO.
