Middleweights: Dick Tiger vs Bennie Briscoe

In a 15 round middleweight bout, both fighters were great swarmers and neither man would back away. Would Tiger counterpunch Briscoe for a decision or would Briscoe make Tiger look "Bad" by landing more punches to take a decision? What do you guys think?
