A few dozen channels across the country televise baseball every night and they all do more than that. It's OK, nobody expects you to know what you're talking about.

No I didn't say that. The average for a particular sporting event is not the same as the total of audience figures the sport receives over a time period (i.e. a lot of sporting events watched by 200K viewers = a lot of fans of the sport!).

I can't believe I had to explain that, but I guess you have to consider the type of people responding to my posts.
