Indeed Korobov gave Jermall Charlo a tough-close fight but this time I see Korobov getting in really deep waters vs Eubank Jr. I hope is gonna be a good action-packed fight. :box:

Korobov was outboxing Eubank for 4 minutes until the freak injury.

Eubank was eating shots for dinner, until Korobov got injured. Great statement, uh.

Well it's TKO win but that injury seemed fishy.

After the first round, his corner was using ice on his shoulders. He probably started the fight with an injury.

I doubt he faked an injury given how the 1st round went

Eubank is tough and has good stamina but he cant beat guys who box well. If he fights charlo hes getting beat up

Eubank Jr should give Korobov a rematch as Charlo should have done, because it's really embarrassing to win a fight via 'your opponent injury'. But maybe Eubank Jr is just happy that the fight played out like that and it was so easy.

Well an injury will take time to heal. Given how eubank took little damage i would expect him back in 3 months.

That would be a good fight but I think Murata is aiming for Canelo first. :TU:

It depends on how serious the injury is. If it is one. :maybe:

Can't see a rematch, Eubank will move on. Korobov was doing well in the opener too. Why would there be a rematch if Korobov faked the injury? He's still gonna have to fight him lol.

I reckon its legit and he's old so he might be done.

At this age, I think the shoulder injury will never really heal and a surgery will affect shoulder mobility.

Chris Eubank Jr. only has one fight remaining of his deal with the PBC. And Korobov will very likely require a lengthy lay-off to recover from his injury. So there isn’t going to be a rematch anytime soon. The Brit will probably move on with his career.

If Haymon doesn’t pit Eubank Jr. against Charlo next (or perhaps secure an alternate big payday opportunity), the Brit will likely choose to become a free agent or sign with DAZN (in order to face GGG, Canelo, Saunders, Andrade etc.), making a Korobov rematch unfeasible.

And besides, we don’t really know the true extent of Korobov’s injury yet, but he’s 37 year of age in a matter of a few weeks, so it’s possible that he might have permanently weakened his left shoulder, which is pretty catastrophic on a southpaw’s career.

Interesting infos EO. I'd really like to see Eubank Jr vs Charlo fight being made, :box:
