Patterson by KO. Terrell was big and solid as a boxer, but prime Patterson was way to explosive. He would get to Terrell and batter him.

Either Terrell or Patterson by decision. Patterson winning by KO is not likely even though he was a good puncher, but he was not in the level of Cleveland "Big Cat" Williams, who stopped Terrell in their first fight.

Terrell would use his height and reach to out-box Patterson behind his long jabs. If Terrell caught Patterson in the later rounds with a big left-right combo, he may stopped him.
