I have seen him a few times and is one of my favourite current fighters. He has very quick hands and puts together great combinations between head and body and loves a good scrap.

Miguel Berchelt is pure savage, one of my favorites today. Unfortunately, he has not chance to show himself against elite of the sport. Victories over Vargas and Sosa are impressive. He should fight Oscar Valdez so we will see :box: :box: :box:

He is a bit of a beast. Can box, can slug, can punch, has good stamina, wide variety of shots. Chin looks solid despite getting flattened earlier in his career.

Surely would’ve been the big threat had Lomachenko remained at 130.

He’s well rounded but I’ve noticed he’s getting more inpatient and wild during fights.

People said he was in a fight of year candidate with Francisco Vargas but I never agreed as Berchelt took his time, didn’t take much punishment then dominated the later stages on the way to a fairly one sided stoppage.

He deserves better opposition as he’s mostly fighting slower guys who’ve been in too many wars (Vargas twice, Miura, Micky Roman). Good that he can dominate and put these hard cases away, though.
