Kash Ali V Josh Sandland

Post by Gnome »

Kash Ali will fight Josh Sandland on Feb 22nd in Barnsley on the Josh Wale undercard.

Could be a fun fight. Sandland is 5-2 having dropped a decision v Mark Bennett after beating Sokolowski in Ultimate Boxxer a few months back. Ali has beaten a 2-4 opponent after getting DQ'd v David Price, and is apparently chomping at the bit for a run at the British title.

Who do you think wins this?

Hope it's for the central area title if so fancy Sandland to edge it over 10 rounds .

Sandland should win this. Kash Ali looked bloody awful against Price

Good competitive fight of the kind we need more of to keep the heavyweight scene bubbling in the UK. Ali should win comfortably on points.

It depends, Sandland was looked quite tasty v Sokolowski.

i thought Kash did well against Price.....when you compared to what Price did to the white rhino.

against Price...Kash kept low and started to come into it a bit, particularly the round or 2 before it ended.

Pity this is on at the same time as the Golden Contract fights. Gonna record this and watch it after the MTK card. It's a pain in the pisser that Wale's original opponent pulled out because this replacement doesn't look up to much at all...

Is this on TV? I know that the Hobson shows are usually on Freesports TV, but it doesn't seem to be on the schedule.

I assumed it was on tv mate. Sometimes that channel doesn't adjust its schedule until the day of or before the event.

I'm not so sure now. I just assumed it was on tv like the other shows. Can't see any mention of tv online though. Sky show is on this Fri anyway...
