Bruce Lee amateur boxing bouts

Anyone know any info on Bruce Lee's 4 amateur bouts. He supposedly had 3 first rd stoppage wins then a 3 rd points win vs Gary Elms to win the 1958 schoolboy title.

Bruce Lee only had one boxing bout, the aforementioned schoolboy bout in Hong Kong where he won a decision over Gary Elms.
