You think haye was faster than jones? That's madness. David wasn't very active at heavy, lot of feints and nothing coming from him. Jones wide on points.

It's absolutely delusional to say, that Jones' resume is better than Haye's one in their mutual weights.

What does resume have to do with speed? No, Jones does not have a better resume at heavy or cruiser than David. Nothing wrong with picking haye to win, calling him faster is laughable. Ruiz has a better heavy resume than both combined and they both shellacked him. How'd that happen?

But no, I am not at all impressed by Haye's resume. He doesn't have one win in his entire career that make me think he was that good at all.

The thing is, Jones didn't prove his speed as something special particularly at HW. His performance against Ruiz wasn't too impressive. It sounded better, than it looked. Light heavyweight beat heavyweight, ok, but that heavyweight sucked. Jones, of course, was faster with his normal weight, but with a heavyweight build it's a different thing.

Haye has a quite impressive CW resume. We probably shouldn't look at Jones at CW at all, cause he competed there when he was way past it. But at HW Haye even whooped Ruiz in a more impressive fashion, because he didn't just outboxed him, but also battered. Chisora demolition was a great performance too and a very good scalp. These two fights already can give a hint, how Haye-Jones heavyweight bout could have looked like.
