As a commission how do we ad a promoter?

To add a promoter to a show, display that show on your screen. Then, click on "event", then, on "edit event" (the pen or crayon symbol). Now, to the left, you can see the "promoter" field, where you can enter the name or ID. To create a new promoter, clicknon the magnifying glass symbol.
