So Todd Foster has a lot of amueater tie ins to boxers from The state of Michigan and even on into his pro career. He has victories 2 of them in fact over a little Chris Byrd, who would eventually fight at much heavier weights winning a silver at Middlewight than even heavier as a pro as he fought at heavyweight and I believe even held one of the major belts as a pro at heavyweight. He also bested a young Midest GG runner up Dennis Keener during run up to 88 Olympic games. As a pro his first loss would come at the hands of Jimmy Paul a Kronk fighter who held a major lightweight title earlier in his career.

Chris Byrd grew and won his Olympic silver in 92 at middleweight than fought as undersized heavy with mixed results but yes held a title and beat David Tua...Dennis Keener may have been an Olympic hopeful in 92 but a siege of personal problems derailed his career and he last fought in 89...Jimmy Paul would falter on his quest to regain a title after his upset of the silver medalist Foster.
