Trying to Research my Grandad - Northern Ireland

Post by rkelly2000 »

Hello,

New to BoxRec so please be gentle!

My Grandad was a boxer in the 1950's in Northern Ireland (his brother was the Irish and European Bantamweight Champion).

Just wondered if anyone on here could point me in the right direction to find out more/archives etc.

Thanks,

Ryan Kelly

You can get the results of his fights, (whether he won or lost, opponents, dates, places etc.) at: https://boxrec.com/en/quick_search

Miles Templeton is the best guy to go to especially when it comes down to tracking British boxing history and results. He goes by prewarboxing on here and is a pleasure to deal with.
