Foreman was able to neutralize Frazier, he would do the same to Tyson. It was necessary to stay away and box to win prime Foreman. Tyson wasn't the type of a boxer to deal with Foreman. Big George by early or mid KO.

I'd favor Foreman. Given how much Tyson's style is kinda a sped up version of Frazier's style, you can see it going pretty similar to the Frazier fight.

I figure Foreman would get him within 5.

Tyson often had the intimidation factor in his corner, against prime Foreman I figure it'd be Tyson who was more than a little nervous.

Yes. I also think that Foreman's style and power are poison for Tyson. I believe George would win and get Mike out of there, one way or another, in the first half of the fight. But Mike has a better chance than Joe did of getting George's attention a time or two, if he gets the chance to land some big shots.
