One additional detail, from Boxing News, 15 October 1952, p4 - Little Joe beat Seth Afrani on points over 8 rounds.
(Plus the Boxing News date is wrong - BN says the show was on 11 September, but the Daily Graphic is very clearly dated 5 September, and refers to the show as "yesterday". So 4 September is right).
