My initial reaction was Navarrete in a beatdown but Lorcy wouldn't stay in front of him. On the other hand, at 130 Lorcy couldn't beat the southpaw Castillo at home. If it's 12, at his best, I think a more active Navarrete edges it, but could go with draw.
