Today is the 39th anniversary of Leonard-Hearns 1

This was certainly one of the great matchups of the 1980s. Leonard with 1 loss to Duran and Hearns undefeated at the time. The fight lived up to expectations and did not disappoint. It also turn out to be one of the great fights and rivalries of the 1980s.

Among Bazooka Limon-Bobby Chacon IV, the two best fights that I have ever seen.
