Rankings

Post by bmann »

I was viewing the light middleweight rankings in the women's division and can someone explain to me how I suddenly went from 4-5 to 21??? You have Gwen Wood and Carrie Flock two women whom have lost to me above me? If that isn't bad enough you have Domesha Allen; whom I have seen and lost to Gwen Wood, above, well above me. There are only 4 women right now who deserve to be above me and they are #1,2,3 and 15. They are the only ones who have proved themselves to this point.

The rest are 1-0 or worse yet 0-2 etc..... How can this be? How can I be ranked by the IFBA as 5th and WIBA as 9th in World rankings and be so far down the line on yours????? Just wondering. If it is because of inactivity which shouldn't be the case as I have fought 4 times since fighting Carrie Flock who is above me....then what is the explanation

It is as Freiheit states - server move has temporarily affected the rankings.
You are still NO. 5 among light middleweights behind Nickel, Morales, Pennybaker and Brooks.

When will the mens ratings be corrected?

Cruisers like Simon Francis and neil Dawson who have never weighed above 14st are rated as heavies. Light heavies are rated as cruisers and the list continues down the divisions.

Boxrec ratings were very informative and useful until this occured.

Thanks

Both Francis and Dawsons last fights have been scheduled as heavyweight fights that probably why they are rated as heavies

Not sure about Dawson but Francis has only ever been billed as a Cruiser. As the heaviest he's been is 14stone,it would be great if you could rate him at Cruiser.

Thanks
