Weaver would outmaneuver Bey with jabs, body punches, right hands and left hooks to knock him out in the 12th round. What do you guys think?

The two actually fought on the same cards in China and Macao (as the person who started this thread probably knows).
I can never forget the David Bey who was one or two punches away from putting Tyrell Biggs away.
Would the Bey who beat Greg Page beat Weaver?
How about the one who beat Buster Douglas in his pro debut?
Weaver was also stopped in his pro debut.
Will call it a draw.
