Probably after introducing new rating system the a mistake had occured.
2018.02.10 Serhiy fought Krzysztof Glowacki - https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/470367 and went up in positions to top 80-90
After that Radchenko had several fights against top opponents - Michal Cieslak , Adam Balski , Ruslan Fayfer ,Aleksei Egorov. After these fights he went up to around top 60 (sixties)
2020.03.07 Radchenko fought Artut Szpilka where he dropped Szpilka

After that fight he went up in ranking to around 46
He also posessed top position in Ukraine
These fighters were ranked lower:
Lyubomyr Pinchuk https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/792496
Roman Golovashchenko https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/420301
After few months the new ranking system recalculated it all even though there where no fights but other boxers stayed on the same positions while Radchenko went down in ranking.
Please check it if you have time and if possible return Radchenko to 46 place where he was.

We cannot put your boxer to the highest position he ever held at cruiserweight, you see? This is all done automatically by the computer... And if there was an error in programming, it would affect ALL boxers, not only Radchenko...
