Free standing punch tower/bag

none are great, i've had the lot tbh. the century vs1 was my fav. or a BOB if you are doing MA.

i had a wavemaster, it was better than nothing but still not very good, moved weird and the bag portion kept getting knocked down

I use pool noodles,as striking targets,for punches and kicks.
