Why did they never fight in a WBC-IBF Middleweight unification bout in late 1993 ?
Did I read somewhere, a long time ago now, that they were good buddies, or am I imagining it.
It would have been a good matchup between, at that time, the divisions' number 1 & 2.

Because McClellan boxed in the Don King, Showtime parallel universe, Jones in the HBO, Arum, anti-Don King alternate reality.
