Nice win for Benavidez but tbh he needs more work to improve

Benavidez looked good vs Ellis but also I saw that he has a few flaws. Benavidez needs to work on his footwork and on his defense more(guard, head and body movement). He also his punches looks predictable even if he throws fast combos, like probably they are not so sharp and compact enough, more like some arm-punches. Atm Canelo would probably beat pretty clearly Benavidez.

But the good thing with Benavidez is that he's 24 y/o, so if he stays active and disciplined, in a few years he could be a very serious threat for Canelo.

Also I don't think Charlo would want to fight Benavidez in the near future as he lowkey suggested with silly things like not fighting nobody under 25 and not fighting nobody that don’t take the COVID vaccination.

I'd like to see Benavidez getting fights vs Berlanga, Rosado, Ryder, Lemieux and Plant.
