Why has the Whyte vs. Povetkin I result been changed?

Per the BBBofC's rules and regulations (the authority which sanctioned the fight), if a count is interrupted for any reason, then the result is a "technical count out", AKA, technical knockout. The official result announced by the MC (on guidance from the BBBofC, might I add) was "technical count out". This has already been discussed once. Can somebody please correct this? Thanks.
