This is a good test for Anderson, A lot better than he's faced up until now as McClarnon is a tough guy who won't go down easily so if Anderson just stands and trades with him it will be interesting to see how his stamina is over the distance, providing he's still got something i'd go for McClarnon, not been all that impressed with Anderson to be honest but hopefully he'll prove me wrong.
Yes Steve, it is. I have seen them both up close and personal. I like Anderson a lot and McClarnon's not daft.steve689 wrote:Anderson isn't too bad from what i have seen, he pretty tall and rangey. Is it the McClarnon who fought David Barnes?
I would be impressed if Anderson could stop him but fully expect him to win. A couple of bits on the fight over at http://www.britishboxing.net

Many thanks to Gavin McLeod of Doghouse Boxing for covering the action for Scottish Boxing. The action was filmed by Setanta and Sky also had cameras present, interviewing fighters and so on, so expect at least some coverage of the night on your TV screens in the near future.
so hopefully we will be able to catch up with the action soon,

Anderson was excellent once again. Give Glen Mclarnon credit though, he is one tough guy, he got caught with a thunderous right hand that opened up a huge gash over his left eye. The blood was flowing out freely and the ref did the right thing, but it looked as if Mclarnon was going to be K.O'D anyway, he was taking some very heavy punches. Hopefully now some of the doubters will see that Anderson is a great wee fighter. Well done wee man
