Commissioner Note: (Rankings)

This season we are going to try something VERY different...
There will be 2 different sets of rankings, 1 which will be measured and administered by Buzz (corruption may be rife, you have been warned!) and a 2nd, very simple pts rankings

Erik Morales will take on Clarence Adams this week

Willie Pep is open to any and all challengers once again. We're not really expecting anyone to step up, but we'll give you mugs a chance to prove us wrong.

So you're saying Driscoll, Abe Attell, Alexis Arguello and Vicente Saldivar are the asses Pep needs to kick?

Well I'm calling any of you little bastards out.

You can of course hide, but when the Championship vacancies get filled in a few weeks you all know damn well Pep is taking one, and then you'll either have to step up to the plate or accept being a Contender and nothing more.

Yep, in week 6 - The Top 16 will go straight into World Championship contention...
So yeah, next week it looks like Managers may need that extra point for a win to guarantee their place in the elite 16...
That means we may see a lote more Managed bouts over the next couple of weeks...

I'll admit to being less worried about getting into those initial title eliminators than maybe I should be - with so few viable opponents I'm sure everyone remotely capable will get more than their share of title opportunities over a 40 week season (is it still going to be 40 weeks?) anyway.

Sanchez vs Pep? Give Pep a chance to prove I was wrong not picking him first?

Speaking of the one that got away, Terry McGovern calls out Armageto's Kid Chocolate.

Armstrong wants to take on Freddie Miller. Even coming off a loss, he wants a quality opponent. If Miller is busy, open to fighting:

Freddie Miller calls out Naseem Hamed. Two losers of the current ranking must determine the worst one.

Alexis Arguello calls out Juan Manuel Marquez in order to continue his mexecution crusade.

Bobby Chacon is coming off of a loss to Naz.....it's not time to school Henry Armstrong. But thanks so much for the thoughtful invitation, perhaps have your people get in touch with mine for some future meaningful dialogue.

Oh, you think your fighters the worst? Hamed doesn’t appreciate that. He’s bottom of the rankings and doesn’t intend on relinquishing that spot to some pretender. Fight signed :box:

He’s fighting Hamed, how much more of a break do you need? Only the absolute WORST fighters would lose to Hamed.

Ok, as the fights are already being made and Marquez had his CPU bout, Arguello fights Jorge Paez this week.

Marquez, let's book it for week 5.

And that's it, Hameed proved to be the worst.
