1. This week Eder Jofre may consider himself a mandatory for the belt of his choice.
If the champion he chooses to face does not want to face him, said champion may vacate the title, and I will select an opponent to face Jofre for that specific belt. IF Jofre declines...then ignore this entire bit of info. Mandatories may choose to decline their option....just as champions can vacate titles.
2. When Mandatories are a part of any given week...it will ONLY AFFECT CHAMPIONS.
If you are not managing a Champion...you will not be forced to engage.
3. The next mandatory week will be week 21. IF YOU ARE MANAGING A CHAMPION IN WEEK 21 YOU WILL BE FACING A MANDATORY OPPONENT. No belts will be unified during that event.
4. From event 21 forward we will begin to operate in ways that work toward unification. stubborn champions may be asked to fight or vacate their championships. On or around Event 31 This season comes to a close with a single champion.
5. Remember the IBO is a rogue belt.....and though shinier than all others combined...it does not operate under these guidelines...and will not be subject to mandates from this commission.
